Return and Cancellation Policy Summary

In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please notify us immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation.  Please notify us through the “contact” page on our web site. Please explain the problem and we will respond within 24 hours.  We strive for 100% satisfaction with all of our customers. Due to the nature of food products and personal care items, we cannot accept returns; however, we will work with you to resolve the situation. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment is made. 


Shipping Policy

We ship from Massachusetts. We are currently offering UPS and USPS ground delivery only within the continental U.S. Please alert us via email through the “contact” page on our web site of any special delivery circumstances; e.g., business address.

Once you have finished shopping and proceed to checkout, enter the zip code to which your products will be shipped and your total shipping will be immediately calculated before you place your order.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Actual shipping time depends on availability of merchandise and credit verification.  If there is problem or delay with your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
